I've really appreciated the great customer service and interaction from StandUpPouches.net. I've had all my questions answered and they proactively contacted me when they didn't have stock of a particular product I ordered. They still managed to get it to me quickly though. I also really like the information they provide via webinars and other emails. Really helpful to understand what is happening in the industry.

My first order with stand up pouches was easy to place and was filled quickly. My pouches arrived in 4 days and sealing equipment in 7days. All products arrived in great condition

The punches was excellent I just wish they had it when you try to custom your own stand up pouches that it would be a little cheaper because I'm a small business just starting. The quality of the product is great and they look good but I want to start making my own bags but it is a little to expensive.
