The bags are fantastic quality. I have received samples from may other companies, and none compare to the quality. I pay extra because of the exchange rate (in Canada) and it is worth it. Have always had great customer service, and wonder if there's been a change in staff, as I have noticed a drastic decline in that with my most recent purchase. I am hoping that it is just an adjustment period.

As a designer the specs etc necessary to explore and present creative options to my clients looking to buy StandupPouches aren't readily available. Sample pack came with a few sizes but were not printed on so I have no idea the quality or print range they offer.

Quick attention to my sample request... however the products would not work for my business.

StandupPouches did a great job getting the order completed and ensuring there were no errors. The checking process they use was very helpful. However, when it came to delivering the samples, which come from off-shore, they were not able to deliver it to our facility successful. We had to take over the delivery and it cost us more and delayed receipt by 3 days.

My first purchase of a box bottom bag w/ one-way valve was exactly what i expected and I was very satisfied. I next purchased a 3x5 zippered stand-up pouch and that is the over all and not the containment area size. The close up picture of the pouch made it look larger than it actually was. I had to use two pouches instead of one. These pouches are very expensive for what little they hold. I would not buy this product again.
