Working with Sarah was great. We had a little bit of of mix up with shipping but it was taken care of immediately and rectified asap. "Stuff" happens always..but in the end it's how it is taken care of that counts!

Ive never had a bad experiece. Their prices are a little high. i like deals.

The customer service was great and my order arrived promptly. I gave it a 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel the stand up pouches get a little wrinkled after they are filled and they don't look as professional as expected. Also, I think that the way they are packaged creates some ridges on the package that makes it look like the package is broken or perforated.

We are still in the planning stages. We are trying to find a fully recyclable (green packaging) to minimize waste for us & our customers.

The natural pouch will work perfectly for a product I have in mind. I will definitely follow up on the on the samples .

StandUpPouches.net has been drop shipping SUPs for my client to package their dried bananas for several years now. They provide quick turnaround at a reasonable price. The only challenge is they changed their shipping policy to use a different parcel carrier that costs more for me and my client. Otherwise, they have done a great job. Bags are great!

Received three different pouches in the sample pack. They seem to be good quality.
