ONE STAR — APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUYER BEWARE! I am absolutely disgusted by my experience with this company. I received a broken embosser, a product I paid for in good faith and reasonably expected to arrive in working condition. What followed has been even more disappointing than the defective product itself. SEVEN EMAILS. Seven rounds of correspondence trying to resolve a problem that should have been straightforward. And after all that, the company has still made no commitment whatsoever to replace the defective item or issue a refund. I am now left with a broken, unusable device, wasted money, and an astonishing amount of wasted time. Why should a paying customer have to chase a company repeatedly to get a resolution for something that arrived broken? Where is the accountability? Where is the customer service? A defective product is one thing. Failing to take responsibility and leaving the customer without a meaningful resolution is quite another. This has been an utterly frustrating and unacceptable purchasing experience. I would strongly caution prospective buyers to think twice before ordering from this company. I paid for a functioning product. I received a broken one. Seven emails later, I still have neither a replacement nor a refund. Absolutely unacceptable. ONE STAR.

The item came carefully packaged and as advertised. I am happy with the purchase.

Come exaxtly as described. Fast postage. Unfortunately in the post the case cracked. Sad because its a gift. But item was bubble wrapped and protected. So no fault to the company. Im guessing it was dropped on the corner of the package. Maybe adding fragile stickers could help?

I liked being able to customize the design.
