loved the AI to help build what i want

Beautiful, high-quality embosser that was created with perfection and care. Now, all of my books have my custom impression. The complimentary 50 gold seals were a very nice and appreciated addition. I will be ordering again and will share this company with friends and family.

Delivery and packaging were great. I have not gifted to my wife yet but I am sure she will love it.

Great customer service. Loved the product and would buy again. I just wished the shipping/delivery was better explained on the website. I got it as a gift for someone and they loved it

I saw the advertisement for the custom book Embosser on facebook and was intrigued. I clicked on the website and was shocked at the list of customization options and the price was reasonable. Customer support was great as well, any questions I had were quickly answered in minutes after I sent an email. The product works perfectly, and though it took a while to get here it was well worth it. I gifted it to a special someone in my life and she loves it!

Item never arrived. Went back and forth with them over 16 times to realise it was a bot agent the whole time, they never had the decency to respond to me. In the end I went to my bank to get a refund, awful customer service and delivery

Very easy to deal with and received all that had been promised

Beautifully made and very easy to use. The seahorse design embosses well onto the book pages. Delivery was quick.
