Outstanding Support for Special Parts
The support people at Stair Parts USA were outstanding. I needed a special part that was not shown on the website, and you were able to make the necessary arrangements to provide this special request. Very impressive and customer focused!

Good Value
The value was good and I loved the balusters and shoes we received, but I emailed afterwards to ask about shipping some additional shoes and got no response. When I went to order additional shoes, the shipping cost was more than the shoes. I haven't ordered the additional shoes yet because I don't want to over pay for shipping. So, I'm reasonably satisfied and would have given 5 stars if they had helped resolve the shipping issues with the additional shoes.

Quick delivery of product
The questions I had prior to placing my order was were answered quickly and with knowledge. Very helpful. Parts were shipped and arrived a couple of days sooner than the stated time.

Corrected my order, with kindness!!
I ordered a Baluster but forgot to choose the correct length! I sent an email and they quickly altered my orderer and shipped the correct parts.
