I called in my order for Adjustable iron slide balasters and all my questions were answered and I placed my order over the phone. Will use them again! Highly recommended, and products are great

I had questions about my order and Tom took the time to explain things to me and then ensured I was sent out the item that I was actually looking for. He also took the time to provide me with an update when the new order wasn't shipped out as quickly as anticipated.....due to the Hurricane! As soon as I determine which color will coordinate best with my home I will be placing my order and referring friends to your company as well. Thank you for very appreciated great customer service.

They where knowledgeable and helpful. I found my parts that I ordered at a different site for $3 a Foot cheaper than what I paid. This was very disappointing.

Needed a baluster for my staircase, which was hard to find. Was able to get the exact match. Came within a week and nicely wrapped in perfect condition.

Great service and product. Was delivered on time and the balusters were exactly as advertised.

Fast shipment. Item as described would deal with again

Made custom treads at a very competitive price. Shipped quickly. Product is beautiful.

Great job. Fast turnaround. Special thanks to Tom and Rich. The IRA
