Good front end experience and price. The product received was also good quality. Did not receive all of the ordered product even though the order and packing slip were correct. After reporting the issue, they are sending the rest of the order. However, they are not overnighting it so I will now have to wait several days which affects me, and my install guys. Certainly they have people verify the shipment against the packing slip and order.

They where knowledgeable and helpful. I found my parts that I ordered at a different site for $3 a Foot cheaper than what I paid. This was very disappointing.

I ordered flat shoes for square balusters and even emailed customer service to ask if the set screw came with the shoe and they verified it was included. I have 96 flat shoes without set screws. The flat shoes are very nice though.

Hi Abby, We replied to your email on 8/3/16 regarding your confusion on these baluster shoes, but didn't hear back from you.. The picture in your message did show a set screw, which uses an Allen wrench instead of a Phillips screwdriver and seems to have just been a misunderstanding. Good website. Easy order execution and good shipping. Only issue I had was the newel posts I ordered were wrong. This caused me to have to get a shipping label from StairPartsUSA and bring the package back to FedX. Project is now behind schedule, still waiting for correct newels. Ughh

There was little information about shipping after the order was placed. Website said it was stock to 3 days to ship when it was 5 business days to ship. I went to the 'track your order' feature on the confirmation email and there was never any information updated. Also signed up for the delivery test and did not received a text when the parts were delivered.

Hi Jon, We apologize for the slight delay in your shipment. Although our products usually ship within the estimated time provided, we cannot personally guarantee the exact ship time of each order. We try to encourage each customer who requires expedited shipping to call us before placing an order and we are usually able to accommodate them! Your order actually shipped the day before we sent you the tracking information--we get emails from our shop every morning with what shipped the day before. We are also working on resolving the "order tracking" feature and should have this resolved soon. Thank you for your feedback!

The delivery has not arrived and after confirming time and date the materials still has not been made. No calls for delay notice ,no follow up and habe many requests for recommendations without any production from supplier. Three stars may go to one star

Edit to original review: While communication was severely lacking, we did receive our order without issue within 2 weeks from order date - all parts were present and in good condition. Did finally receive a call back from customer service informing me parts were on their way. Original issue was not with length of time to receive order. I was extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and felt like my calls were being screened. All I was originally looking for was some information as to order status, but it turned into a bigger thing. If I could make one recommendation to the company - answer and return your customers' calls (even if it's to tell them that you don't have an update, but are working on it).
