Stair Parts USAReviews of stairpartsusa.com

most complete company I have ever worked with. The sales, the product, the follow up and the delivery was exact as told.

Customer service is timely and quick. This is amazing since my order was done online. Also, I cannot express how happy I am that shipping was quick and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone - you will not be disappointed.

Good front end experience and price. The product received was also good quality. Did not receive all of the ordered product even though the order and packing slip were correct. After reporting the issue, they are sending the rest of the order. However, they are not overnighting it so I will now have to wait several days which affects me, and my install guys. Certainly they have people verify the shipment against the packing slip and order.

Great prices on their products but I thought the shipping was a little on the higher side. I was charged $77 for shipping and my items weren't that heavy or bulky. At the end of the day I'm still happy and would order from them again because its easier than chasing around to the store. If I could give 4.5 stars I would have just because of the shipping charges.

Very easy to order from . Good delivery well packed. Thanks

Actually got just what I wanted and quick shopping. A welcome experience these days!

Great product, good quality and nice packaging.

Excellent customer service!
