I love the fact that most items are American made. The product is excellent and the customer service is outstanding. We saved a lot of money and did not have to sacrifice quality. Order placed with my card being charged. After weeks all that I received is the handrail. Just a small portion of the order. The handrail came with the shipping of over $200 for the total order being applied to a 8 & 4 ft. Section of handrail . I have no problem paying for material if it is shipped. At this point I have no idea when the complete order will be shipped.

The guys running this website are very helpful. All my problems were solved and I got what I wanted.
