Upon reviewing this comment. We called for the customer and was unable to leave a voice mail. Our phone number is on the top and bottom of every page and also a link to email us on the bottom as well.

I was just looking for some beefy 42" balusters to convert an old desk into a standing desk. The parts shipped quickly, were well packaged and high quality. The website is well designed to help find exactly what you are looking for, very helpful considering the huge selection. -Mike

Stair Parts USA had what we were looking for. Large Newel Post at a low price. We ordered (14) 4091 newel post in poplar and got a great price when shopped around in the Internet at other stair parts stores. The product quality is great and the shipping was fast and free. I will be buying again from these guys in the future.

Took for ever to get. I bought a bendable railing and didn't get mold for clamping. I tried to bend without clamp and broke it. I called them on it and they said it was my fault I didn't get mold. I purchased new rail and once again didn't receive mold. I called them up they had no idea what I was talking about even though it says it on their website. I finally cleared it up and they sent it to me but it was wrong. I called them again and finally after four times they finally got it right. I also ordered more balusters that they got the quantity wrong. I fixed the order and had a hard time being able to purchase it through website. The balusters took almost a month to receive. I installed everything it looks great but in the end I didn't make as much as I should have because of this company. I will never use this company ever again.

The customer did not try and contact us regarding the missing molds until he had broken the handrail and did then demanded we replace the broken item. He happened to need additional balusters while a container was on the water and delayed his shipment. We made every effort short of giving free product to satisfy him.

Product size and shape as advertised. I guessed at the color (midnight bronze) to match an existing installation as I didn't see the actual colors on the website. Color of delivered product looked very much like black; however, I did assume that I would need to field paint to match existing anyway. I received shipping notification 2 days after ordering, but then didn't receive any tracking information until 4 days after that.

Haven't received my parts yet but can't wait. Customer service is prob. One of the best I have encountered promt call backs and on top of things. Only down fall I am currently experiencing is sloe delivery. Last time I talked to someone they said it would ship Friday it is now wed and they are telling me it will ship this Friday or Monday. O well bit otherwise if I receive it in about a week I will have nothing to complain about.
