Telephone customer service was excellent as was prompt delivery of the order.

I was a first time buyer, so never having used their products I called my order in, instead of using the on line ordering. The gentleman that assisted me was knowledgeable and friendly, talked me through the whole process and in the end got exactly what I needed. The order was promptly shipped and well packaged. The customer I installed the railing for was also pleased. I would recommend this company and their line of products to anyone.

The delivery has not arrived and after confirming time and date the materials still has not been made. No calls for delay notice ,no follow up and habe many requests for recommendations without any production from supplier. Three stars may go to one star

I needed a railing quickly due to my wife's broken leg. They arranged for me to pick it up at the warehouse. The parts are made by amish workers. Great quality in workmanship and natural resources.

I ordered several pieces of hardwood cove molding and they arrived neatly packaged, well milled and with no defects. I was able to use all of them immediately and to finish my project on time.

The website is easily navigable which makes choosing your product easy. However, if you find yourself with questions, you may have some difficulty. There appears to only be 2 employees running the show. The first of these employees became unreachable and when I was finally able to reach the company again, the lapse in communication was blamed on his iPhone crashing and him losing all messages and contacts. This happened not once, but TWICE. All my hopes of calling the company in an attempt to speak with a different CSR ended in disappointment as the same employee answered each time. I had to explain my needs each time I spoke with him, even though I had an active quote. When part of the order finally arrived, it was incorrect. Very luckily, I have a skilled general contractor who is making it work. I still do not have my complete order and I initiated this process August 13th.

Their customer service is the epitome of what customer service should be.
