I have ordered several stair parts items in the past. On one of my orders I needed customized stair tread lengths and widths. The sales staff helped me through the process and the order I received was exactly what I had described over the phone. Excellent quality control. I highly recommend this store to others (professionals and non-professionals).

No Problems just the part I ordered

I was looking for a replacement baluster for a broken one on my stairs. I was not sure of the wood type and I spoke to Rick. He volunteered to look at some photos and gave me his opinion on the wood. He was right! I received it today and it is a perfect match. Excellent customer service! Thanks Rick.

I ordered 2 red oak box newels and 12 solid iron balusters with shoes. The newels arrived a week earlier than expected, then the balusters the next day. The newels had some minor damage on the corners of the base that didn't seem to be from shipping, but for this application that isn't an issue. The newels need sanding all over anyway before finishing. Some of the trim on the newels was cut too long and there are slight gaps, but again this isn't an issue for this application. Overall great value for the products I've received.

I worked with Aaron who was extremely helpful with my order and very nice. I trusted with his help I got everything I needed. Did not order the exact part I needed in the end and was told I needed to order another custom piece and the guy told me it wouldn't be worth my money to send the other baluster back because I would be in charge of shipping and restocking fee. So I would have to buy 2 balusters. Ending up not getting what I needed in the end and out 30 dollars. Not doing business with them again.

Dear Ray, We apologize for your inconvenience. After speaking with our customer support team and going through their records, we found that the specific baluster Aaron sent you the link for was not the one you placed in your cart at the time of checkout. Due to the large batches of orders that we process each day, we ask customers to carefully check their receipts to make sure they ordered what they needed. Sincerely, StairPartsUSA

Had a problem with one of four handrails. Took a picture of the damage and it was replaced without hesitation. Product is of good quality.

There was little information about shipping after the order was placed. Website said it was stock to 3 days to ship when it was 5 business days to ship. I went to the 'track your order' feature on the confirmation email and there was never any information updated. Also signed up for the delivery test and did not received a text when the parts were delivered.

Hi Jon, We apologize for the slight delay in your shipment. Although our products usually ship within the estimated time provided, we cannot personally guarantee the exact ship time of each order. We try to encourage each customer who requires expedited shipping to call us before placing an order and we are usually able to accommodate them! Your order actually shipped the day before we sent you the tracking information--we get emails from our shop every morning with what shipped the day before. We are also working on resolving the "order tracking" feature and should have this resolved soon. Thank you for your feedback!
