I've found that SSD Nodes is an exceptional VPS provider that stands out for its value, reliability, and excellent customer service. Their servers and networks have provided me with perfect uptime and they offer a good variety of locations to choose from. The plans and features are very competitively priced, which prompted me to move from the much more expensive Linode (especially if you're paying in CAD $). Their support team is responsive and knowledgeable, resolving my minor technical issue fast and effectively. Additionally, their security measures, including regular backups and promotion of 2FA, provide peace of mind. Whether you're launching a new server or migrating an existing one, SSD Nodes makes the choice easy. With their combination of performance, affordability, and excellent customer care, they are a hosting provider I can trust. Highly recommended!

If you're looking for a reliable VPS hosting provider, look elsewhere! seriously oversells their services and fails to deliver on their promises. I purchased a 960GB plan, but my server constantly showed 100% disk usage even with over 80GB of free space. This indicates they're cramming way too many virtual servers onto their nodes and not monitoring resources properly. To make matters worse, their support is non-existent. I tried contacting them multiple times about the issue, but they completely ignored me. I was left with a broken server and no help in sight. Bottom line is unreliable, unresponsive, and simply doesn't care about their customers. Save yourself the headache and go with a different provider. You've been warned!

Dear Vinod, Thank you for sharing your experience. We deeply regret that you encountered these issues and felt let down by our services. This is certainly not the standard of service we strive to provide to our customers. Regarding the disk usage issue, it sounds like there may have been a configuration or reporting error, and we’d like to investigate this further to understand what went wrong. Resource allocation and monitoring are critical to us, and we continuously work to ensure our servers are performing optimally for all users. We’re also genuinely sorry to hear about your experience with support. Our team is committed to assisting customers promptly, and it’s concerning to learn that your queries were not addressed. Please know that we take this feedback seriously and are actively working to improve both our response times and the quality of support provided. We’d love the opportunity to make things right. Could you please share your ticket ID or account details with us at [email protected] since we are not able to identify your account on our platform. This will help us investigate the situation thoroughly and resolve any outstanding issues for you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope we can restore your confidence in our services. Best regards.

Can't beat the price. Snappy, comprehensive dashboard. Perfect for small/medium things that need a little more performance. Little light on the CPU side, so beefier workloads may be suited elsewhere.

I've had SSDnodes for about a year now. Had a hiccup where one part of the server was going in and out losing connection. Explained my issue, they moved me to a new part and never had issues since. I run a business using their servers and daily snapshots are a must! Great customer service!
