We have multiple VPS with them, and most of them are running smooth for about 2 years. In our experience their support is prompt. However they do go have occasional downtimes, and when that happens it can be very frustrating. Compare this to for example Linode, that we use, where in almost 7 years we've experienced close to zero downtime. However they offer much more value for money. I recommend if you take multiple VPS in different locations and create back-ups, you will be ok. Price - 10/10 Support - 9/10 Reliability - 7/10 Their dashboard/management interface - 6/10 (very slow) VPS Quality (Response times etc.) - 7/10

So far, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive with SSD Nodes. I use them for personal projects and trying out new self-hosted applications that I may want to use. I also use them for CI/CD processes related to some software hobby projects that I work on outside of my day job. Their prices are great, and they have been reliable in the few months I have had my systems with them. SSD Nodes has also been actively trying to work with clients to figure out where they will head next in terms of improving their services, which I think is great. If they are able to offer private networking to clients along with firewall configuration within their web portal for client systems, it will make them more competitive to providers like DigitalOcean, Linode, Vultr, etc. The one other important point to keep in mind when you are working with a VPS provider like SSD Nodes is that it is not fair to compare them to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. They are not built to be a competitor to these platforms, and you are not going to get the same number services, nor the level of sophistication that these other platforms offer with SSD Nodes. This isn't a bad thing depending on your use case. For me, this is exactly what I want as those other cloud providers are far too complex and costly for my needs. I use them every day in my professional life, but I have no interest using them for my personal projects. Lastly, the only issue I have experienced during the past two months is that sometimes my VPS's have failed to come back up after restarting them from within administration tools that I use. When that has happened, I have needed to login to the SSD Nodes control panel and restart them from there. Once that is done everything is good again. I'm not sure why this behavior is occurring, but it hasn't been problematic enough for me to be too concerned given my use case for the VPS's that I run.

I've had 3 different servers for over 6-9 months now (16GB in Chicago, 24GB in Tokyo, and 32GB in LA) and I must say I am pleasantly surprised. I've heard others have had no issues, while others have nothing but problems with slow oversold servers. For me in mid-2022, I've had nothing but good performance. I have a handful of other 6-8 core 16GB VPS and dedicated servers at Vultr and IONOS, and these servers are as fast or faster than those. I usually run Plesk on all my servers, Enhance.com on another, and none of them experience any CPU Steal at all, over 6-9 months of use so far. I think the bigger the VPS (32GB+), the better your odds of not having CPU Steal or bad neighbors, or maybe they are getting good at shutting down problem servers, or maybe a lot of these 1 star reviews are from the problem servers they did shut down. I did have one issue of a data center cage power issue, it took down 1 server for 2-3 hours, but was back up as soon as the power issue at the cage was resolved. Data center issues happen, all the time, sporadically, which is why I often use different ones so multiple servers are not affected all at once. Never put all your eggs in one basket, so not the same data center, and SSDNodes is one of many providers... so far, so good, and very good value for what I've experienced to date.

I've a few VPS at SSDNodes. Customer support has been great. They were quick to answer my questions, and help with one problem I had with the signup. The price is very competitive. I have already recommended to a friend. Keep up the good work!

The setup of the virtual machine I ordered was a bit chaotic and the support was not really great until a guy named Arun help me to have my VM running fine. Performances are as expected and the bandwidth seems pretty fast.

Hello from Portugal. I am relative new costumer of SSD Nodes, and so far as been a good experience. I've switched several vps from Contabo VPS SSD 8vcores to SSD Nodes 8vCores, choosed the Performance VPS with NVME and I can tell you the performance results are litle bit lower compared with Contabo, but marginal, so that's why I am not giving 5 starts review. I was expecting more eps and disk speed. Regarding costumer service, they deserve a 5 stars review. In the first weeks I have raised several tickets because of performance issues and they were all addressed really fast. In my case I had to switch all VPS to a specific location to have better ping/latency with my costumers and also to have best EPS/disk write speed. So as you can see this a honest review. In my case I have paid 1 year advanced all the vps, and I will save lots of money compared with Contabo that is already known as a cheap provider, and I have almost the same results, all my services are now running completly fine, happy costumer. So, if you see a good promotion, try it for yourself, and they have a policy of 30 days money back guarantee!
