They will throttle you, only offer credit after a certain period..... Where they likely don't throttle you until that period is up. I let the server sit for 6 months since it was as useless as the credit, auto renewal got me :( they offered me more credit back xD Edit: They did end up refunding me, so that helps a ton, but definitely try before you buy, I imagine the service would be fine for applications that aren't very cpu intensive, my uses were more than they wanted or had planned to service.

Run, don't walk. I have three VPS instances from them and in two locations. If you're planning on running anything remotely critical here, you'll need to orchestrate a live-backup solution with additional running servers, so that when SSDnodes' systems fail, your users won't be screaming. In two months I've had exactly five complete failures where dashboad + ssh access to the VPS was completely broken, with services that point to the instances down. To be specific, I run two small swagger API flask servers in docker containers and a larger flask application (nginx+gunicorn). All of these services run at other providers. In fact, I have had and continue have the docker-apps mirrored at digital ocean and I've yet to have a nanosecond of downtime. Considering the cost of the above, I highly regret my decision to rent from SSDnodes versus a major, professional VPS provider. --update 11/2019 Since I stopped running production loads on their servers I've not had a second of downtime. These are working wonderfully for my team's remote development needs, actually.
