Hello Jeremy, We appreciate your kind words about our call center team and their efforts to provide excellent service. We apologize for any issues you experienced with our other departments. We have policies and procedures for all our departments, but we are still human and make mistakes. After reinvestigating the brake lines issue, we have discovered that they are free of any signs of damage or installation, and we will be providing you with a full refund for that item. Regarding the required shipping label for returning the Alternator to you, our policies state that we will only provide a refund or exchange if the product is in its original shipping condition. It's our understanding that you informed our rep that you started to take apart the Alternator but stopped and returned it instead. Unfortunately, our representative should have notified you that the product was no longer returnable due to this, as that could have prevented this negative experience with our returns department from happening. Lastly, you returned a Starter Motor with one of the attaching bolts bent. Although this should not have received a refund, we refunded you with a 25% restocking fee to offset the time spent repairing the product. We strive to provide fair and reasonable solutions to any issues our customers may face and apologize that you feel this was not the case for you.
