Great purchasing experience
Very easy to navigate the website to find the products that I was looking for. Having email updates was great so I knew exactly what was going on with my order. Lastly the product arrived in a very short time.

Wrong year model
The catalog says it’s for 1967-2023 Camaro but the newest year model in the catalog is 1981. If that’s all it covers then put that on the listing. I wasted my time ordering another catalog for the wrong model car

Hello Logan, Although we do have some newer Camaro items in our catalog, our main focus is providing restoration parts for classic American muscle cars. That's why our print catalogs heavily feature parts for the earlier models (1967-1981). However, our website contains and lists all the products we carry for 1981 and newer Camaros. Nevertheless, we do carry limited parts for newer models as well. We hope this helps, and we apologize for any confusion regarding our parts catalog. Thanks!

I think we all have better things to do…
I think we all have better things to do than write negative reviews, however sometimes necessary to hopefully correct issues from a parts house like ss396 . Shipping is huge , this is the year 2024 Thats why we all use AMAZON right. I placed an order with ss396, told them how much I needed part & they assured my package would ship quickly & gave me an expedited day, I thought to myself things are going as expected, however got confirmation from shipper that label was created. They sat on order another 3 days I called them back to see what was going on. I was told that sometimes the system is slow on updates they work on it & I should get an update soon . That same day I got an update that my order had shipped through shipper from ss396 . Not cool Facts ! Step up parts shipping please Thank you a customer
