Wanted to return item but despite requesting many times process for doing this I was unable to do so but was offered a refund first of 25% then a further amount and then one more if I wanted to keep the items. I finally received the address for returning the item.All the contacts were polite in their communication but frustratingly unhelpful in acting on my request

Musste einen Stern geben, damit ich meine Erfahrung schreiben kann. Beide Cameras funktionieren nicht. Am Anfang wollte man mir helfen, danach ging gar nichts mehr. Kein Kontakt mehr möglich und die Mails blieben unbeantwortet. Telefonverbindung (nach langem Suchen) existiert nicht. Fazit: Finger weg!!!

Spyfocus. Immediate buyers remorse. I requested to cancel order which, of course, is impossible to cancel. The 12 hour opportunity to cancel is only to gaslight customers. I requested the process to return and refund when I do get the package. They refused to give information until it's received. I received it. I requested the process for return and refund again. Gaslighted asking for a picture of the package. Provided pic. Gaslighted that they don't show it was delivered. I provided thectracking number. Re-sent all pertinent info. I get an automated response that my request was forwarded to someone else. Someone else is to busy to reply. Calling only gets a recording and please hold until you hold so long it says they are to busy and to call back later. Call back, automatically told to call back when they are available and disconnects. Terrible business. I read the reviews after I got it. A terrible mistake. 07/13 I never received instructions where to return te item. Then I get a refund. So I got a refund. Finally

Absolute con. DO NOT ORDER from these rip-off merchants. Products don't work - it's cheap nasty stuff from way out East. Managed to eventually get some money back from them, but they manipulate the buying process using split-invoicing, leaving the customer with a difficult process to track what's been paid. I aim to put a report into 'Which?' for their awareness.

Not even one star! I should have read more reviews before buying. These are junk, poorly made and you have to purchase their SD card to function. Don’t do it. No response for a return. Total scam!

These cameras are nothing but a scam.. they are pissy little good for nothing.. & when you apply for a refund they use every excuse in the book not to refund you they even will offer up to 70% refund but it never ever comes... Please don't buy these pathetic cameras people you will want your money back & even though they offer a 30 day refund they are lieing to you..

Spy Focus ist eine betrügerisches Unternehmen Camara funktionieren nicht. Rückgabe funktioniert nicht. Ich werde Anzeige erstatten wegen Betruges. An alle Hände weg von diesem Produkt.
