I would like to leave 0 stars, but I don't think that would work. I have yet to receive the product that I ordered 15 days ago. I ordered it and then tried to cancel the order within approximately 3 hours. I was told that it was too late to cancel the order, but as of this morning - though they insist that it is "on it's way to me" - they still can't provide a tracking number, and I haven't actually been notified that it shipped. Just that every time I try to get a status update, they say it's on it's way! What a load of BS!!!

Sehr enttäuschend das man unbedingt Stern anklicken muss. Den spyfocus verdient kein einzigen. Wollte die Bestellung sofort stornieren da es aus Versehen war. Wurde abgelehnt. Nach Erhalt wollte ich es zurück schicken. Im Paket natürlich kein Rücksendeschein also habe mehrmals per Mail angefordert. Meine Anfrage wurde erst nach Ablauf der Frist "bearbeitet" und abgelehnt. Obwohl spyfocus im Email zugibt das meine Anfrage bewusst hinausgezögert wurde. Spyfocus ist ein Betrüger!!! Die Emails kann ich selbstverständlich vorlegen.

Terrible company waited 4weeks to receive my camera .When it eventually arrived it was faulty ,I emailed them and reported the fault and asked for a refund . That asked for a photo which I sent , I asked for a return address none received.

Disgusting! Product initially not delivered to pick up point but returned to supplier. 2nd package despatched and arrived. Product very poor quality. Arranged return. Proof of Posting provided. After more than 2 months and numerous emails back and forth, no refund received.

Terrible product and customer support , I have returned 5 cameras, 5 SD cards and 1 tracker tag with magnetic mount.. I have used gold standard POST OFFICE return postage to the address provided in the UK.. Spyfocus now has my money and the goods. A number of emails have been posted for the return of monies under there 30 day guarantee which now appears to be a con.. I have no replies no communication and no money back.. I will proceed through court appointed bailiffs to recover all monies owed.. Do not trust or purchase from this company, further the products are very low quality and the Associated App useless.. My example to all readers: The App iv deleted and the 1 camera I tested is in the Trash can.. Customer service is none existent as soon as a request for a refund is made under there terms of Buisness. Horrific

Ich hatte vor einiger Zeit Hörgeräte bestellt. Die Rücksendung nach China hat mich 24,99 Euro gekostet. Dieser Betrag hat mich bei Internetbestellungen wachsam werden lassen. Also zuerst das Impressum lesen. Auf meinem Email-Account finde ich täglich mehrere Angebote, die vollmundig ihre überragende Funktion anpreisen. Leider handelt es sich um Werbeanzeigen. Am Ende der Website findet man meistens den Vermerk, dass es sich um bezahlte Werbung handelt. Wie finde ich nun das Impressum: Gehe auf die Bestellseite, aber ohne etwas auszufüllen. Am Seitenende findet man das Impressum: Wenn der Firmenname UAB heißt und der Ansprechpartner in Vilnius in Lettland beheimatet ist, kann man von einer Betrugsseite ausgehen. Von UAB befinden sich u.a. folgende Angebote im Netz: Hochdruckdüse für Gartenschlauch, Spycamera, Hörgeräte, Klimagerät, Radarwarner und bestimmt noch einige andere. Wenn man sich Ärger ersparen will, dann niemals dort bestellen.
