As I was in the process of purchasing a spy focus camera, I was unknowingly funneled into screens that added numerous products! The process would not allow me to revise order before checking out. I contacted them/paypal within 24 hours to inform them I'd be returning the product. {I had tried to immediately cancel order without success. } Since then, I 've received several communications from company { over weekend}, and expect to return it Monday or Tuesday.

Der Kunde selbst, Kundenbindung, Kundeninteresse oder auch nur ein Hauch von Service interessiert diese unglaubliche Truppe nicht. Bitte Hände weg! Außer Sie sind sich 100 Prozent sicher, dass Sie behandelt werden wollen, wie der letzte Dreck. Ich schließe mich im übrigen alljenen an, die Probleme mit Rücksendung, Storno und dergleichen hatten: kein Lieferschein, kein Retourzettel, nichts das verwendbar wäre. Mir wurden nach langem E-Mail-Hin-und-Her 25 % vom Warenwert geboten, ohne die Ware zurücksenden zu müssen, da das laut SpyFocus zu viel Aufwand(!) wäre und die Kosten sowieso auf mich gingen(!). Das Gesamtkonzept dieses Shops ist eine ausgesprochene Frechheit. Nochmal: bitte Finger weg! Und kauft doch in bzw aus der EU - das hat mich auch wieder wachgerüttelt.

I cant award this company 0 stars but I would if I could. I tried cancelling my order immediately as I realised the cameras I ordered were unsuitable for my needs. They told me they'd already shipped. They had not. I tried cancelling again quoting my rights under the UK's Consumer Rights Act. Their reply, in the same sentence, was that my order number didn't exist, that my card used for payment had been declined and that they had already issued a refund. HUGE RED FLAGS. When my order finally arrived I refused it at the door which gave them a record that the goods were returned. They denied this despite my having evidence. I've initiated a chargeback via my bank and fully expect to win. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. EDIT: 24th June 2026. After several annoying email exchanges quoting my UK consumer rights, and initiating a chargeback with my bank, the company have issued a full refund to the original payment card. I'm not altering my rating as they were less than honest about their product and were a complete pain in the ... neck .. to deal with.

It wants a credit card number for a free membership service. Why, if its free. If you call the number for customer service, you DONT get any answer and they dont call you back. Save your money and the headache. Scam 100%

A transaction to purchase 3 MicroSD cards was rejected by the credit card company. It would appear that the credit transaction processor (CART-CHECKOUTER) is not approved because of suspicion of a scam.

This company is a total disgrace. I do Not recommend anybody purchasing anything off them. I ordered a camera and got invoiced with a load of things that i NEVER ordered. this is at best "sharp practise"at worse close to fraud. I cancelled the order within fifteen minutes but they still insisted that they were going to send what i had NOT ordered. I have reported this to my credit card disputes team and will stop the money going out. The worst service i have ever had, BE AWARE. NOT good people to deal with.

brought 4 of these after seeing on tv, the web page is very deceiving ,not enabling you to go back to alter/check your order, needless to say i bought more than i bargained for. ordered the last week of may and they arrived last week. waited until the weekend and opened one box, followed instructions but couldnt get to work properly finally realised they dont work well if at all on 5g. i reluctantly have decided to send back and have been emailing them for a return lable on a daily basis with out success, i was even told they didnt recognise my email, the email i ordered on. At my wits end getting nowhere fast.

Read trust pilot before buying spyfocus
