BEWARE ...YOU ORDER FROM SPYCAM BUT THEN THE EMAIL COMES FROM GETCAMTRIX ( ironic name ) this is my nightmare that is still ongoing ive posted this on the getcamtrix trust pilot also I ordered what I thought was one camera and quickly realised I was being charged for 5 min Wi-Fi cameras at a cost of £125.88 plus extra warranty £14.99 and an sd card £31.98 all which i did not order and can not afford I immediately cancelled the Pay Pal payment and contacted live chat to stop the order being processed but was told it was too late as it was being processed, I have continually sent requests to have the order cancelled but 2 different customer service came back saying i can return them i have not got the items as yet and have asked several times for the return email address / they had the cheek to say they have refunded me back the warranty that i never ordered which has been refunded but im still wating for the items and the address as to where to return this THEY SHOULD BE CALLED SCAMCAM !!!!!! after asking over 10 times on email for their returns address they will not give it until you have the items in hand they sent to the wrong address i had to collect them then their support is now asking me to take a photo of the items i have received including the packaging that has the wrong address on they are asking for my email address and full name along with the photos ...why they are asking for this i do not know as they already have this in the emails back n forth ...its just to stall you as their emails insist i can return the items within 30 days ....its taken me over a week to get their returns address i still dont have it inside the packaging was a card with yet another company name called heyhelp.c.c am i happy with their service and products .... i also sent a complaint to that a company which ive googled that is in Dartford Kent i called this company as they have amazing probably FAKE reviews on their customer service and was kept on the phone for 3 mins where i hung up because a constant voice keeps saying hold on someone will be with you litrally over and over and over no gaps so this annoys you and you hang up i am now on the phone to citizens advise to see if they can help which i doubt as im sure they are a foreign company what a night mare

The cameras look really poor quality, and I my impression is that they would be absolutely useless for the job they're advertised to do. I connected one to my phone, and the field of view must be at the most, about 45°, which is useless for a security camera, and I cannot believe that they are suitable for outdoor use, which is what I wanted them for. So I decided to return them, which I have to say was actually very easy to do, and I received a refund immediately. I would certainly not recommend these to anybody

I ordered 3 cameras mid June 2024 and when they came the first thing I noticed when I opened the box of one of them was how cheap they looked and felt. Being said I followed the very poor worded instructions to get it working. This is when I found out it would not connect to my phone which it should, (it would not connect to 5G which I've later found out other people have had the same problem). I emailed the company for an address to return the items as its advised 30 days return. I was given the address and asked to take a photo of the items and original packaging which I did and send them back with proof of postage, which I had to pay (almost £6). They said refund would be 5 working days after they received the items. When I received my statement 3 weeks later it still hadn't been refunded so immediately emailed the company to ask when the refund would be paid. I received an automated email to say the case had been closed and could not enquire any more about this refund. So as of today 24/7/2024 I am now £122 down no cameras either. I have had to contact my credit card company to try and claim my money back from the credit card company as I now have no way of contacting spyfocus. Do not touch this company, I stupidly looked at the reviews after I started having problems, I won't do that again and am waiting to see if I get a refund through my card company. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY !!!

I recently bought 3 of these mini cams and can't get any of them to work. I ve tried with my android phone and even my wife's apple phone and they won't connect to any of them to even set them up, so don't waste your money on this rubbish

Wenn man könnte würde ich -5 Sterne vergeben. Wie hier schon mehrfach aufgeführt eine Abzocke hoch drei. 4 Kameras bestellt und innerhalb 5 Minuten storniert. Trotzdem 8 Kameras geliefert und ich soll die Rücksendung auch noch bezahlen. FINGER WEG!!!! Wenn man im Bestellvorgang drin ist kann man nicht mehr zurück. Antworten nur auf englisch, obwohl Versandadressse in Köln und Rücksendeadresse in Bremen ist. Sie bestehen auf ihr Recht daß der Kunde die Rücksendung bezahlt, aber halten sich selbst nicht an die 12 Stunden in denen man angeblich Zeit hat die Bestellung zu stornieren. Innerhalb 5 Minuten storniert und angeblich war das schon zu spät, da die Ware schon auf dem Versandweg ist. Frechheit.

Received 3 of these camera's based on the social media and supposed experts reviews on line. They are rubbish. Batteries last less than a day, connectivity is poor at best and trying to sync the 3 camera's I bought is beyond me and I am very tech friendly. Beware, don't waste your money... they do not do what is advertised

I was completely scammed by spy focused. I ordered 1 camera and shipping. I was charged for 3 cameras, shipping and warranty. Why would I buy a warranty for a $40 product? Spy focus charged me a little over $140. The instant I realized what happened like 10 seconds after I hit the submit icon I tried to contact them to explain I only wanted 1 CAMERA NOT 3 CAMERAS. A total of 5 minutes have passed. The phone number said they were too busy to talk to right now. I have heard the same message every time I called. they emailed me BACK AND SAID IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL THE ORDER CAUSE THE ORDER ALREADY HAD A SHIPPING LABEL PRINTED.. IT NEVER LEFT THERE BUSINESS 3 weeks ago and ToDAY THE ONLY THING DONE WAS THERE WAS A SHIPPING LABEL PRINTED AND THE ORDER WAS STILL AT SPY FOCUSED. I WOULD THAT THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A CANCELLED ORDER EVER AT THEIR BUSINESS… I could SHIP A PACKAGE FASTER IN THE 1800’s by PONY EXPRESS.. This company should be on a SCAM LIST.. TERRY L

I have minutes ago order a spyfocus camera for £39.00 as it was on offer. The receipt after payment showed completely different order with 2 additional cameras . I quickly emailed the comapany and each mail sent came back a rejected despite me sending to the address that sent me the re order details. I have also now seen 2 different receipts from pay pal which is additional products not purchased . I am extremely concern that this is a scam . I regret not reading the Trust Pilot reviews first.
