Wish I would have known how horrible the customer service was before I bought from this company. Inferior product with an even worse customer service. Don't waste your time or money!

I should have investigated on trustpilot. I ordered 1 and have been charged for 3. Total Scam buyer beware!!

I hate to admit it but I failed to read the many negative Trustpilot reviews of this company and the product in question before ordering. I can now confirm the accuracy of the reviews of this company, at least in terms of getting a refund! As I never opened the package I can’t make any comments regarding the operation of the camera. Luckily I paid via PayPal and they supported me, via Buyer Protection, after I had to go through a huge waste of time with Spyfocus, a waste of time that was completely unnecessary considering how quickly I requested a cancellation and refund (ie. within minutes of placing the original order) surely they could have cancelled the order and saved us both a huge amount of time - instead they advised me that the packaging had already occurred and it was too late to cancel (like others on this site) - they then gave me the good news, I had 30 days to return the camera once delivered and could then get a full refund in any event ( of course this after all the hassle and cost of returning the product). The final insult, once the camera was delivered and I had requested details on where to send the unopened product, was an offer to keep the camera and get a partial refund to avoid the need for me to pay for return postage! All the stories regarding cancelling of an order on this site are right. Like others they also tried to charge me for a product extended warranty I didn’t request. Now I will need to go through all the trouble of returning the product and paying the shipping costs. The company I approved payment to originally was Commerce Core UAB for future reference.

This is a Scam! I had seen these cameras advertised on TV, they come very highly rated on websites. I thought I had researched enough, I wish I had read the reviews first. I had originally only intended to buy one for £39.99, as I went through the payment, shipping process I was offered £19.99, I thought I was being offered further discount. After I had payed and I checked emails, horrified to find I had been charged £70 for two cameras and extended warrantee I didn't ask for. Order arrived nearly two weeks after ordering, I was actually surprised it arrived. No warranties included, I opened one of the cameras, it has not HD, no adjustable setting and the app to go with it was riddled with adverts, each time I opened the app I had to search for the camera. I contacted sell, they eventually agreed to refund me. This was not resolved and now waiting on paypal to sort it

Just don't waste your time or money on this product !!! 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

I wish I had researched more diligently to gain wider and more accurate information relating to Spyfocus. I tried countless times to connect to my phone via WiFi/bluetooth without any success. The internal battery only holds a charge for a very short period of time. I emailed customer services who offered me 50% discount and allow me to keep the faulty goods, what’s that all about? On a positive note I got a full refund within 48 hours (thankfully). Save yourself time and hassle by avoiding this company like a plague.

Battery doesn't last any time and I'm struggling to find an email that works for a refund, one email address that was given said it wasn't spy focus and I should stop emailing them
