Did not receive camera. Email response resulted in scam. Don't waste your money.

My order was placed by accident. I emailed them within 5 mins asking to please cancel the order. I was told it was already packaged an shipping was called. They billed my account for over $200. An I'm not able to cancel the order. They said I'd have to return them for a refund. The strange thing is it's been 4 days an I still have to tracking info.

This camera is a fraud from beginning to end, first of all you have to have a subscription to make it work, they have tracking software of multiple types within the app, and they say right in their literature that they track your location, your data usage, and many other things. And thirdly, when I purchased it, they put a reoccurring charge on my PayPal which I did not authorize fraud fraud fraud. My reimbursement is still pending, they haven’t responded to my request yet.

I bought 2, which arrived from the US after 6 weeks. They do not work. Total con.

We purchased 2 cameras and charged for 4 - further to this they set up a reoccurring payments in our bank account for £91.22 which is totally disgusting luckily we discovered it quickly! Buy they had already scammed one payment. The app The supports the cameras is full of ads so now we have tons of spam! Camera battery is short lived so has to be wired up at all times. They are not high resolution either in fact they are junk ! Now they want photos of cameras and packaging they arrived in ! Which I have provided but assuming that this will ensure with another scam offer to keep my money .. but ha -ha spyfocus we have already contacted our bank and our money has been paid back to us so you can take your scam up with them ! All I can say is: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS BUT WE FOUND THIS OUT ALL TO LATE!

HORRENDOUS COMPANY!!!!!! Received the camera and returned it, still waiting on a refund over 3 weeks later and now no responses to emails. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM!

Do Not Buy Spyfocus. Constantly drops connection. Customer Service is nonexistent. Do not waste your money on this terrible product. They would not refund despite all their criteria being met.
