Still waiting on my refund I accidentally ordered it thought it was a different price when I tried to get my refund back for 149 I haven't received anything cashapp was suppose to get it back and nothing it's been since may I never received the product which makes it so bad

I returned two cameras as they would not work. They stated the items were not received and never refunded £35.46 of the monies paid despite having proof of postage.

I purchased the Spyfocus cameras and realised I had been overcharged to what their site had advertised. I also had not received a confirmation. I decided to cancel within minutes of purchasing. I contacted Spyfocus to be told it would depend on whether it had left the warehouse. I then received a confirmation email to show I had also paid for extended warranty. I had never agreed to this. I also received an email to say it had been packed. Once again within minutes of my email. I contacted them again to be told they would contact the warehouse. It took them an hour and a half to come back and say it had already been sent, but I could return it if I wasn't happy. They are based in Lithuania. This is a scam.

Bought this item from Amazon and it was posted from China ( This should ring bells ) when I received packaging was all broken and box unstuck. Downloaded app it was full of adverts and half was in Chinese. The charge from battery lasts about 1hr so have to plug into mains permanently. 1080 it is NOT, it also doesn't have IR for night view. I could go on and on regarding this A9 camera with its promises which is a lie. It's a very cheap Chinese toy that doesn't work. DON'T BUY THIS IT'S WASTE OF MONEY.

I ordered 7 cameras in June 24 and despite the tracking number saying they were on the way, it took two weeks for me to receive them. I set them up as per the instructions and they worked quite well. But gthe battery in each did not last. I contacted customer service and was told to plug the cord into power and battery would last longer. I had been getting only one hour of battery and could not plug the cord i to power as there was no power point near by to where I had placed them.I was expecting the battery to last 90 days as per reviews. I contacted customer service and was told I could send them back or get a credit. I chose a refund which I was told would take up to 5 days after they received the cameras back which I sent to an address given in Sydney Australia. After 7 days I rang customer service again to advise that no refund had been issued and if it did not occur immediately I would take further action. I received an email 10 minutes later with details of a full refund through paypal. The camera works but the battery lasts no more than an hour. I was told it should last 3-4 hours by customer service. Its not a good product and i do not recommend it. Also the refund comes from a company based in Lithuania and I had to pay exchange fees to get the refund even though it was charged in Australian dollars. Do not buy from this company. The reviews are false.

I saw the ad on TV. Clicked on the product to see what was offered. While looking at the offers, several windows are popping up offering more product. I started to order 2 cameras and another screen popped up. While I'm waiting for the screen to clear to get back to the 2 cameras, it seemed unusual. It spinned for so long I decided to check PayPal instead. Without choosing a payment. Without choosing a quantity. Without choosing the warranty to complete the order! The spinning was the app processing 4 cameras!!! I NEVER CLICKED ON 4 CAMERAS. It added the warranty and it added the subscription. WITHOUT ME CHOOSING THEM. I DID NOT GET TO THAT STEP IN THE PROCESS WITH ANY OF THE OPTIONS AND IT CHARGES 143.71 immediately!!! EVERY OTHER ORDER ON PAYPAL YOU HAVE TO CONFIRM AT LEAST 3 TIMES BEFORE THE ORDER IS COMPLETE. Not this one. I immediately call the number listed and got someone from another company called Reach Service telling me they have to "pass a message to the company" to cancel the order. The order would be cancelled but I will get a call back. Why do they pay a service to pass messages but not customer service to work directly with their customers? It was literally minutes and I couldn't cancel the PayPal transaction. It showed completed. So why are you answering calls if you're not confirming the customer requests? I asked for a confirmation number. She couldn't give me a confirmation number for my refund request or a way to prove that I requested the cancellation. Someone would call me back today or up to 24 hours. I called back. The second lady said up to 2 days before I would get a call back. I told her that's not what the first person said. She was rude and argumentative over the details of the call. Then she hung up the phone. Great customer service. This has never happened to me with a PayPal transaction. It takes time for each step to confirm all the information before the final order. I am so angry. I requested all my money back and filed a claim. I DID NOT order 4 cameras. This is unscrupulous business. I wanted 2 cameras now I'm out 143 bucks and no way of contacting a High Tech Spy Company in 2024 with no actual direct customer service and nobody to respond to customer requests. How convenient. When you work with credible companies these issues do not exist. Lesson learned. Seriously.

Kamera auf Betrügerseite toll beworben. Als Österreichische Seite angepriesen. Sitz plötzlich nach Kauf in Litauen! Ware ist nie angekommen! Kein Geld zurück trotz Versprechen! Finger weg, Betrüger!!!!

I ordered one of the mini cameras, I believe it was supposed to cost 39 pounds roughly, when I seen the paypal receipt it was for 125.89 pounds. They ordered me 3 cameras although I only ordered one item. I read their brilliant reviews on the advert and thought they were alegitimate business, how wrong I was!!!! I then tried Trustpilot and realised by the other posts they were con men, sham merchants!!!! Well I sent them back for a full refund, this cost me 8 pound recorded. Thee days later I received a full refund of £125.89 into my paypal account, thankfully. To be honest I really didn't expect them to refund me but they did, so it was a very stressful experience dealing with SpyFocus, lots of emails and worry about being scammed etc. So to sum-up (AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS) They also pestered me with unwanted messages about other products they wanted to scam me with. Mr Walsh.
