I too have been scammed. As soon as I received the confirmation email I became suspicious and starting some online research. I wish I had found these reviews together with the report from Malwaretips before completing my order. Unlike a lot of comments here despite numerous claims that the system is down so can't issue refunds I have today received that refund but not before reporting the company to various organisations here in the UK and Lithuania including ActionFraud who have passed the imformation onto the National Fraud team and I would urge anyone who has been caught up in this scam to do the same.

These cameras are a total con from start to finish when you check out to pay theirs hidden costs also the cameras are a load of crap poor picture quality battery life very poor connection to your mobile device poor I've sent mine back as long as you follow their customer service instructions on returning good you get your money back you have to pay the postage they will offer you 50%Off what go is that what the cameras are not what they advertised I'd advise anyone to look at reviews of products before buying if I had seen the terrible reviews I wouldn't have wasted my time someone's making an awful lot of money from these products they are scamming to meany and should be stopped another load of Chinese crap

I had the same experience as TW. I ordered 6 cameras and when I tried to connect to my internet it failed miserably. So contacted the email as listed in Paypal and told them I was returning for full credit. After paying for the shipping I sent copy of tracking number. Got word they received the package on 8/20/24 but as of 9/19/24, I have yet to receive my money. They say they have refunded to Paypal, but Paypal says they have not received. And Paypal will not pursue as my date to pursue has expired. I told them they were a bunch of scam artists. Not only did they steal my money, but they have the cameras to sell to another unsuspecting person. If I had read these reviews first, I never would have ordered. Buyer Beware!

I tried to cancel the order the next day. Was told it was already being shipped and I must wait to receive it and return with in my 30 days return period. I received emails saying it was about to arrive, and encouraging me to by SD cards and doorbell cameras. But it didn't arrive. Tried to email again but my reply said my 'Ticket' was cancelled as the matter had been resolved! Now I can't get any reply from them. I'm going to apply to PayPal for a refund and report them to Trading Standards. There are similar looking cameras for £5 on Ebay... Scam....

Total scam. I returned all of the items and they have been giving me the run around for nearly a month. At this point, I have not received any refund, I am out an extra expense for shipping the items back, and PayPal has denied my claim. My husband tried to activate them and also ended up having to cancel his credit card due to fraudulent charges.

Do not waste your money! Only works via a NON SECURE app via wifi only! Piece of rubbish! Save your money!

It took 5 weeks to get the 3 cameras I ordered. Then they didn't work and said that a credit card was needed to activate but it wouldn't be charged. I gave these to my parents as a gift and now they have to cancel their credit cards and I'm out 189.00. Do NOT even try to deal with customer service, it's an automated response. You cant get your money, a working product or help.

I got a very rude rep who refused to cancel. She confirmed the item had not been shipped but the order was processed and could not canceled as a matter of policy.
