What a useless piece of shugar! Magnetic my asse! Don't buy, this has to be a scam, wasted £50!

spyfocus caméra c'est de l'arnaque , cela ne fonctionne pas , impossible de voir quelque chose avec cette caméra . Même si c'est pas cher autant ne pas jeter son argent pour rien . Après avoir essayer longtemps et lu tous les conseils sur internet --> 0 ça ne permet pas de voir quelque chose ni de jour ni de nuit !

Worst of the worst!!! Scam. Charge for extra and will not refund money. Do not do business with with them. Cheers are junk. Battery doesnt last 30 mins! Big scam!!!!!!!!

Never got my cameras, so I had to request a refund and no way to contact them… seriously? Emailed Reach… no response.. I won’t do it again 🙄

Kriminell und Müll !!! Ausprobiert und nichts funktionierte. Nach Kontakt mit dem Support habe ich dann eine Rücksendeadresse nach Bremen bekommen. Mit Sendungsverfolgung geschickt!!!!! Ware ist angenommen lt. Nachweis. Nach einem Monat ist noch keine Rückerstattung erfolgt. Support ist eine Frechheit, man wird einfach hingehalten und fordert weitere Nachweise. Finger weg von solch einer Scheinfirma mit Billigprodukten von irgendwo..

Do not buy this product. I refused delivery of this product and sent it back unopened. I had tried without success to call and cancel this within hours of ordering it. I either got no answer or a very rude rep who refused to cancel. Seems they have a difficult 3 step process to return items and as I sent it back as refused the credit card company has ruled in their favor that the charge is valid. Lesson learned… save yourself some grief. Walk away!!!

Contacted spyfocus to arrange return of cameras purchased, great contact initially, but as soon as I confirmed return of product and confirmed parcel tracking number spyfocus closed my case and refused to respond to my emails or confirm receipt of returned item or confirm they were processing my refund. Tried contacting spyfocus by phone but only Contact number is for a number in Lithuania! Extremely frustrating as left without a camera system and out of pocket! and no way if contacting them for my refund

I bought 4 of these cameras along with the 4 SD cards. They are junk. They wouldn't even download to even try them. I bought them April 17, 2024 at th price of $183.52 for everything. Please don't waste your money like I did. They have been sitting on my desk and not being used. Three were never even opened.
