Scam, Horrible Service. I tried to order one camera for $34.00 and instead they charged me $129.00 for 3. I emailed instantly and was told that my order was already shipped. I told them that was impossible, stop lying, but "Victoria" insisted she couldn't stop it, it had already went out. About 8 days later, I received an email saying the product was being shipped. I emailed them repeatedly about wanting a refund and they said I could refuse the product when it came to my door, as if I sit around all day waiting for packages. It was finally delivered to the parking lot, not even my door. I somehow found it. I emailed "how do I return it, send me a shipping label", they respond with "fill out this survey and get back to us and I'll tell you how to return it." I filled out their survey, got back to them, and they said "you will have to pay for the shipping and then you'll get a full refund, OR we can refund you 25% of the order and you can keep it." I said "I want a full refund now, I have already reported you the BBA and will write a scathing review about your scam company wherever I can write one" and wouldn't you know, they refunded the full amount before I even sent the product back. You don't need this aggravation, order from Amazon and don't order this crap product.

Ich habe ausschließlich schadhafte Ware erhalten. Akkus, die sich nicht aufladen ließen und Kameras, die dadurch nicht zu gebrauchen waren. Mir wurden mehrmals Teilerstattungen angeboten und nachdem ich die gesamte Ware wieder retour sendete mit beweisenden Trackingbeleg hat man mich monatelang hingehalten und nichts rückerstattet. Ich kann nur jeden raten bei Spyfocus nicht zu bestellen - man wird nur um sein hart verdientes Geld betrogen.

The Spyfocus cameras are useless, they won't connect to our Wi-Fi and don't work as described. I tried to return them but was told because it's after 30 days they wouldn't take them back or offer a refund. It took me 3 different email addresses just to get to the right person to be told "Bad luck".

From day one I knew I shouldn’t have ordered these. I sent an email to their support team who offered me a partial refund which I accepted. I have sent numerous emails since. None have been answered and some have bounced back. DON’T ORDER THESE!!

Ordered 2 cameras. Tried to cancel online the next day before it shipped but their website wasn't legitimate. Tried for several days but it wouldn't go thru. Called my bank and stopped payment. They never responded to my cancellation. I did get my money back but it was very unprofessional and frustrating.

Ordered 2 cameras and usb are and they charged me for 6 cameras .When I saw what they did in their email I immediately cancelled and ask for refund. They said it could not be cancelled.

Betrüger und Abzocker!!! Billigste, schlechte Ware, Retour wird erschwert bzw. lässt sich nicht zustellen. Rückerstattung über Paypal steht noch aus. Man muss das Versandetikett mit Stempel der Post nachweisen, sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt, wenn ich doch den Einlieferungsbeleg als Quittung vorweisen kann. Wann wird denen endlich das Handwerk gelegt?

Ordered a spy camera then realised the reviews were fake and asked for a refund straight away, was told it had been dispatched with in 5 minutes and couldn’t get a refund. When it eventually turned up it wouldn’t work on my internet, again I asked for a refund, they said if I send back they will give me a refund, I sent it back but no refund! Terrible company
