No mask for Vaccinated cashiers customers can opt out of mask wearing for any reason.
Update sprouts is permitting people to stop wearing masks. They are also having vaccinated people not wear masks if cashiers. I think the cdc made a big mistake. Now the spread will go further. I wish they would regulate beyond CDC Guidelines. I have found a different store where patrons and staff wear masks or do curb side.
Cart must keep moving at all time and customers are not permitted to read labels for allergy info. Manager did not care when I called her. Did not listen or understand. I was told cart must keep moving at all times. Better to use Walmart or order online. Treat employees very poorly there are many protesters.

Horrible to disabled people.
I got reprimanded for abandoning my cart to shop yesterday at the Sprouts in Aurora, CO (Ironton St.) I’m disabled from a stroke and am paralyzed on my right side of my body. I was told that they will begin to put my items away. I’m sorry that I can’t carry a basket, or push a cart, or hold items properly. I didn’t realize how cruel people were to the disabled until I became disabled. I love Sprouts but this location specifically, is always full of very rude people. It’s sad really. I always thought when one is paid to do a job, part of the job is to be kind and accommodating to customers. Yesterday was one of many times the staff has been so rude. I sincerely hope they will be reprimanded, although I doubt it.

Sprouts discriminating
I have shopped at sprouts for years, but I will no longer support them. Their policy of not accepting people that won't wear a mask for medical reasons is wrong. The Pima County Mandate even allows for not wearing a mask due to medical reasons. This is not about safety AT ALL. It's about control. When anyone can walk into any store with a mask, handkerchief, face shield, or any other 'face covering,' I would hope someone could look at this with common sense and see it is not about protection. If it were about safety and protecting people from such a "deadly" virus, there would be hazmat disposal bins everywhere, specific required masks, etc. This virus has over a 99% survival rate, has killed less people than the annual flu (and almost all of those had other conditions), the numbers have been purposefully inflated, 50-65% of people are ASYMPTOMATIC (where is the pandemic/death rate here?), almost never infects children, and once the numbers had to be reported to the white house instead of the CDC, they dropped drastically. The CDC, Fauci, and the WHO have changed their stories/recommendations time and time again. Wear a mask. Nobody should wear a mask unless working with the sick, etc. When someone is sick, you quarantine the sick not the healthy. They are letting murderers out of prison but arresting people for not quarantining or for going to the beach alone? They are shutting down small businesses. For what? This is one smart virus to know the difference between Sprouts and a gym or bar. Do some research, and stand up for America and the freedoms and rights this nation was founded on. Bill Gates funds the CDC and the WHO (the one's declaring and controlling the "pandemic," making the guidelines, inflating numbers, etc. AND he is the one who funds all these vaccine company's developing vaccines. And they only make GUIDELINES AND RECOMMENDATIONS! THEY ARE NOT LAW!! I will shop at Fry's, which I did today after leaving your store. I had ZERO issues and was very pleasantly greeted and helped by an employee.

Stopped shopping at the Carlsbad…
Stopped shopping at the Carlsbad location due to the inability to exit the store in a timely manner. Sprouts began sending me invitations to return. Have been back twice in May and once in June. What I’ve found is this. The employees are great. Not only helpful, friendly, knowledgeable but also proficient. That’s the only bright spot. The quality of the produce has become noticeably worse each time I shop there. Additionally, and this is most important, I’ve discovered the average wait time to get to a cashier has gone up from roughly 10 minutes on average to 20 minutes currently. Therefore, I can no longer patronize this establishment. After all, time is important. Quite sure Sprouts will get along fine without me and vice versa. The bottom line is this store has become so disappointing and other shoppers have relayed the same sentiments to me, that I will travel twice the distance to Trader Joe’s so I don’t have to spend my life in line.

Is Sprouts dumpster diving for produce?
No wonder Sprouts does not allow customers to take photos or video, Sprouts produce is so moldy they must be dumpster diving for their stock😀
As my visually impaired uncle picks up produce,
I have to inspect it to make sure it is not rotten. Disgusting ..somebody call and report them to the agriculture Dept😀 Also selling moldy bread for $6 a loaf and refuse to except returns their convenient excuse was
"the virus" they will just throw it away so I don't know what their problem is. Well there are better places to shop.
The economy is in a downswing they better get their "stuff" together or they're gonna go out of business.
There are other places to shop...Trader Joe's...whole foods etc. Unless of course you like eating rotten fungi food😀

WORST Company to work for EVER !!!
I was a grocery manager for sprouts farmers market and employed with the company for four years. Before that 23 years employed at King Soopers. I thought after 23 years at King Soopers it was bad company to work for and then I went to Sprouts and realized I was wrong. In order to make this brief I’ll share one of many issues just shows how bad this company really is. I (Grocery manager) approached a grocery clerk asked what he was doing and he responded I needed to mind my own F@cking business. Anywhere I’ve ever worked in my life that would get you fired. Upper management the core four did absolutely no disciplinary action at all. Then I was blown away when they promoted him to grocery manager two days later. That’s just one of many issues I’ve experienced. All they care about is the illusion to the customers that it’s a great company. And this so called code of conduct they say they follow They absolutely don’t. And I bet you didn’t know this. I worked at three stores in four years not one of them recycle plastic Just goes right into the trash. For a store that’s all about health and well-being you think they would right I was shocked. But they don’t want customers to know that right, Again it’s the illusion that it’s a great company environmentally Conscious.
