They blocked my account for no reason lost 20$
They blocked my account for no reason. Lost 25$ Edit: They unlock my account but removed all my funds and support dont exist for me anymore 0 responses SCAMMERS STAY AWAY

We have seen a recent increase in fraudulent referral activities, so we had to take the unfortunate pre-caution of temporarily suspending some users’ accounts. We will be reviewing them in next several days, your account will remain suspended while we review.

these people are brainless
these people are brainless, dont trust them with your crypto or your cash. Something as simple as an email address change was beyond their ability! in addition to their sky high fees makes them rotten egg. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOOLS. Just seeing the idiotic reply these fools posted confirms they are brainless. If you value your money stay away, there are better services out there with better employees.

Advertised fees do not match actual fees
The fees are advertised as free for the first $100 of the month. However, they are charging almost 2%. Customer Service says the fee structure has changed. Oddly enough, it's been weeks and they still haven't updated the site. If they were going to wait to update the site, they should've waited to implement the changes.

Hi Diana, we're really sorry for not publishing changes to our fees sooner, and can completely understand your frustration. We've actually lowered fees for most of our products (now only 0.5% for USDC on many networks), but it's true that we also removed the small free portion each month. With network fees increasing, we're trying to align our own costs with our fees, and are striving to be as affordable as possible for everyday users! Bad first impression just trying to get an account
Well, my first experience was trying to sign up. FAIL. They couldn't identify me even though the address they had was correct and I didn't supply it. Contacted support and they said it may take a few days to get back to me. Totally bad first impressions of a finance company!

Sorry for your experience with KYC! For 99% of users it takes less than 1 minute, but sometimes due to issues with data or our third-party providers, it can take longer. We know that's really frustrating! Please let us know if this has been resolved and if not, we're happy to apply a credit to your account once you complete onboarding. ....Spinning Wheel ....NO
I just joined and all I could do was get my referral code. Everything else I just get a perpetual spinning circle. I cannot do any business with something that lags completely. Customer service chat says they will get back to me in an email and says We'll be back in half an hour. Very poor tech

Hi Daniel, really sorry for your experience here. We're constantly adding new features in response to customer demands and sometimes that can introduce a bit of slowness in the app. That said, we've introduced a slew of improvements recently, so I hope you'll give us a try again soon!

Locked out after adding 2FA.
I am unable to log into my account after adding to 2FA. I contacted customer support and was told they would get back to me sometime next week. In my experience customer service is horrible.
