Wonderful variety.
The variety of choice is wonderful, prices are comparable, sizes run a bit small, and time between purchase and delivery is not long. I enjoy browsing and do enjoy wearing the many shoes I've purchased.

Poor return policy
I ordered two beautiful pairs of shoes, but unfortunately they hurt my feet and had to send them back. I paid up front for return ( not a practice most retailers engage in) then $7 was deducted from my credit if I wanted my money back instead of store credit. So it cost me $13 for nothing. Although I love your shoes, this return policy discourages me from future orders.
