Spring Step ShoesReviews of springstepshoes.com

Love my shoes but I have sooo many it's time to stop. Haven't counted but at least 15 pr LaArtiste A +++shoes.

Manager was very helpful!

First: I love the actual shoes that are made by Spring Step. I've worn them for years at my mostly-standing-and-walking hospital job. They are extremely comfortable and stylish. So in May I ordered 3 pairs directly from SpringStepShoes.com, along with the $7.96 "Free Returns and Shipping Protection", as I ordered a couple of different sizes (my feet are slightly different sizes so I might wear a 7.5 or an 8). About a week later they refunded one of the pairs, because it was out of stock despite being shown as available on their website. Then they sent me a pair of shoes in a size that I didn't order. Then they told me that another one of the pairs of shoes that showed in-stock was also unavailable and refunded that. THEN they said that the remaining pair was not going to be available until late August which was totally not OK, and I had to ask *multiple* times for them to refund that, which they finally did. I'm still waiting to see if they will grant my request to refund the $7.96 return shipping/package protection since the only thing they sent me was something I didn't order and couldn't use, and I received nothing of what I ordered. So: I will continue to purchase Spring Step shoes, but never again from their website.

Looking for a pair of dress shoes was tough. I had a clerk from another shoe store direct me to your store. I’m glad I went. I found a beautiful pair plus I bought a cute purse. The store has unique items, I would shop there again. I made the purchase in PA. I live on L.I. In NY. I need to look up your other locations.

It was great found just what I had been looking for and then one more I couldn’t live without ! I was at the Branson Tanger Mall Outlet store. Thanks to the clerk wearing your shoes that I bought as my second pair !

The sales associate was very helpful, and made an effort to help me find the correct size.

Love love love!! I ordered 2 pairs of summer sandals and the style, fashion and size are perfect. I wore them all day and my feet felt great.

Window dressing lured us in with colors n comfortable colorful looking sandals. Lovely salesperson was courteous and friendly. And I love the 2 pair of sandals.
