It was quite easy to maneuver around the site. If I wasn’t sure if I did something right the employees were kind enough to confirm or guide me in the right direction.

At first, I was skeptical on pet insurance but I totally agree with it now because when they reimburse you, it comes out at a time like when you really really need it but it’s also at times where you’re at the vet and you know you might not have the money at the time and that’s the only thing and some vets don’t let insurance reimburse.

I had to take my dog for an emergency visit. Having to pay upfront for all estimated care is common. Knowing I had insurance helped easy the sting of paying in advance was worth the extra cost as almost half of the bill was covered. I had direct deposit set up and received payment in just under week from claim submission.
