Spot has been so easy and great to deal with. They contact your vet for any information they need after you submit a claim. They are also very quick at reimbursing you!

It was our 1st time submitting a claim
It was our 1st time submitting a claim. Everything worked OK though I would like all those" tips" provided after we sent the claim form to be shown to us earlier. I mean we were instructed to send receipts, which we did, but only later we were told to submit detailed reports as well, hence was the delay.

A must for new puppy owners.
My puppy is 10 months old and believes he is a Hoover, vacuuming up everything in site. This brought us to the vet quite a few times. Spot makes it so easy to submit a claim and the processing time and reimbursement process is super fast. I am very glad I got pet insurance for my puppy.

Fast claims processing and…
Fast claims processing and reimbursement. My only critique is Spot doesn't give an explanation of what was covered and paid and what wasn't and why.
