Spot Pet is quick to reimburse!
Spot Pet is very quick to pay their insured. They are easy to talk to if you have any questions filling out the form to get reimbursed. I’ve been with Spot Insurance for about two (2) years. I’ve never had any problems getting reimbursed for my claims. Thank you Spot!

Double emergencies…
We had two emergencies happen back to back with our dogs. Claims processing was smooth, clearly communicated, and dispersed. We’ve been very happy having our 4 dogs insured thru SPOT.

The reimbursement schedule is too low. It needs revision to raise the % higher

The phone app is simple and easy to use. The response time is amazing. We have been reimbursed for a lot of our vet visits. This has helped us visit the vet more, maintain our dog’s health, and has made it feel like our monthly payments are actually being used right.
