Disappointed with the return
After spending $230 on a a yearly exam and vaccines. I would expect to get more than $100 back. This is not the first or the second time this has happened. I very seldom use the insurance and feel you should get more money for keeping your pet healthy.

Best fit dog insurance
We have done a ton of research on the best dog insurance for our family. And we kept coming to Spot. So we made the plunge and joined spot pet insurance. And it has been nothing but easy breezy. They are quick, and responsive. And extremely worth it.

Thank goodness for spot the claim…
Thank goodness for spot the claim process was great and the service was great. My only complaint was I completed to direct deposit and still my reimbursement was mailed. And I’m still waiting

Great coverage
I had spot for about 2 years before my sweet senior boy just passed, and they covered every claim I submitted. When he passed and I called to cancel, they even told me that they cover end of life care (euthanasia & cremation) which I had no idea about. Truly could not recommend them highly enough.

Filing a claim was easy in the app
Filing a claim was easy in the app. Once they also got the past records for my cat, I had the reimbursement in my account within a few days .

A BREEZE!
Uploading my receipts to support my claim was super easy! I was able to do everything using the web browser on my iPhone. I appreciated receiving email notifications confirming my claim submissions and that the claims were being processed.
