Our Vets office filed my pets claim and Spot kept me informed about the status of Our claim and paid just like they said they would and in a timely manner . We are grateful to have found a good insurance company for our pet 🙏❤️

Extremely easy service!

I’ve used Spot Pet Insurance for a few years now for my dog. About two weeks ago I had to rush dog to the pet emergency and Spot helped bring relief to an already stressful situation. I was worried the claim process would be complicated and long, but it was the exact opposite! I was able to submit a claim and have it processed within a week, then I got reimbursed just 2 days later. I highly recommend Spot and I thank them so much for their support during a tough time.

I’ve had three claims now with Spot pet insurance and I have been very pleased. Staff was so helpful and friendly when I called, very caring about my sick pup. All three claims were processed and paid in 7-8 days. App is easy to understand and follow, and submittal process was simple.Everything worked as expected. I tell people all the time about it because so many have had bad experiences with pet insurance. I read the details of my policy when I signed up originally (which honestly was just a few pages and in Easy-to-understand language), and knew what I was buying up front. I also love all the variable pricing options so I could buy what made sense for us. This is a no-brainer 5 star rating!

The app is VERY easy to use which makes it way easier to get the refunds. The language for the policies are simple to understand.
