Top notch claim service!
You can tell a good insurance company by how well they handle claims. Unfortunately our dog Navidad needed a rear leg amputation which cost over $5,000. Spot reviewed the claim, asked for some more backup and paid it within two weeks of the operation. Thanks so much! We are glad to have three pets insured with Spot.

Ease of use, website was great. Update on additional information needed, plus understanding the info was best requested directly from the veterinarian. Reimbursement was received quickly, explanation of benefits paid was clear..

Filed a claim for my dog having a small mass removed from under her eyelid. The claim was handled without any issues and was completed in less than a week.

What I like about spot is you can…
What I like about spot is you can submit your claim through their app and they respond within a few days. Their timely and the insurance is an excellent insurance because it gives back to you what they said they would.
