Spot is the best.
Spot has been so wonderful as we work through my furbaby's diagnosis, including helping me to put in information for the prescriptions from my vet, and being so kind as I panicked a bit. I am so appreciative of Spot.

Easy and fast
It was easy and fast. There wasn't a lot of back and forth and once all the information was provided the claims came through quickly.

so far so great
so far have processed claims in a timely manner and have reimbursed me for what I would expect to be reimbursed for. very happy i chose spot. i’ve had them for 3 years and hadn’t needed to use them until my cat suddenly got sick this year and it’s be super helpful being able to get some money back

I feel like the insurance was too high…
I feel like the insurance was too high and it didn't have all the all of the all of the items to you know all of the benefits and it took them 14 days for deposit you know too too long for the policy to the start

Discount code applied for existing plan
I had a AAA reward code to use for 10% off of a pet insurance plan. However, I would have had to do it as a new member if I had just done it from the AAA website. I contacted Spot & AAA to find out how to apply the reward code to my existing plan and Spot went ahead and applied the reward code on the spot
