Spot Pet Insurance is the Best!!! Preventative care being offered, easy process to submit claims, incredible customer service and insurance agents are always super friendly, compassionate, and nice. They actually care about my sweet girl. Everytime I’ve called for questions or help they always ask how she’s doing. We just had to get a huge surgery done for our girl and I called ahead of time to send them the estimate. They processed it in my account so when I submitted the final bill for the surgery it was a super smooth process. Turnaround time for reimbursement is super fast and efficient. I’ve always received reimbursement and completed claims within less than 2 weeks. Typically we see claims completed and reimbursement around 1 week from the claim date. Very fast, very reliable, no hassle, and always friendly. I recommend Spot to my friends and family and will continue to use them for my girl Riot and any future animals I decide to get!
