unhappy customer .
I wouldn't say I had a great experience but a bit disappointed one ,due to the fact that I put in a claim Spot would say they didn't receive the receipt they needed even though I sent them multiple times . Finally a family member helped me by calling them and strongly ask why they wouldn't reimburse me for my claim . Then I was sent reimbursement. I don't like to raise my voice at anyone, but I guess that's how the world workes now.

It is easy to submit your claims online. The claim is reviewed and your money is deposited directly into your account. It helped pay for my pug to get a cancerous mole/ tumor removed. Thank you!
