Easy to understand
Had to call once and switch to the desktop version the app wasn't working but received assistance, wish the app was more reliable.

Great, first time experience
The girl that helped me fill out the claim form was so helpful and patient. I expected the claim to be denied, but was so surprised when it went through so quickly. in the beginning I was skeptical about getting my dog health insurance but now I’m glad that I did.
