Absolute trash! Garbage company. DO NOT USE! Denied my entire claim and reimbursed me $0 when my pet had to have an emergency surgery for an abscessed/infected tooth. So now on top of paying for the $1400 surgery I had to pay the premier for this insurance that I received zero benefits for, because there wasn't "a long enough vet history." Find a new insurance or just plan to pay out of pocket.

All claim decisions are based on your pet’s medical records and the signs/symptoms that are noted in those records.
