Amazing customer service!

Has worked like a dream. So glad I have that worry not nagging me when I have to take my pup to the vet for anything even just for her annual shots! Finally, a website doesn’t try to mess you up. It’s true!!

I did a lot of research before signing up to Spot Pet Insurance. I never had pet Insurance but after spending $8,000 on treatment for my previous dog for hospice care. When I found my new dog I knew I wanted Insurance. I am so happy I chose Spot. So far my goldendoodle has had to go to vet 3 times. And putting in the claims is quick and easy. Was reimbursement around 8 days. No questions asked. App is simple and money is direct deposit in your bank. Recommend to all.

I had to submit 3 separate claims for 2 visit because of the way the clinic billed. I thought this might cause a problem but the claims were settled correctly and quickly.

Terrible coverage if you have a rescue animal! Spot covers absolutely nothing. Apparently everything is considered pre-existing even though you have no history on the animal! I do not recommend!! As you can see from their response, it says it all. An ear infection that wasn't pre existing was denied. Vaccines were denied and some tiny payout on 2 of them. When the cost of the vaccine was different. Just do your research before signing up with them if you don't have a puppy. These guys deny everything.

Easy and simple process. Helps when dealing with the stress of having a sick puppy.
