I've had a great experience with SPOT Insurance. The process was straightforward, and claim process was so easy and fast. I really appreciate how simple and hassle free everything was. I would definitely recommend SPOT insurance to others.

We appreciate the coverage and service, but we were a little disappointed with the reimbursement amount. The refund we received was lower than expected, as not all of the expenses from our claim were covered. We understand that policies have their terms and exclusions, but we were hoping for a little more coverage given the amount we paid for the treatment.

We liked Spot pet insurance a lot! However, we realized we’d eventually need to increase our reimbursement limit, and Spot doesn’t allow increases, so we needed to leave for AKC.

This was our first time meeting our out of pocket expenses. Thankfully we had Spot Insurance and our baby Tiago has recovered. The claim process was easy to navigate and we received our reimbursement check with a few weeks.

Very easy to submit claims with payment arriving in reasonable amount of time although i wish i would have signed up for direct deposit to my checking account which would have been much quicker to receive money.
