My 3 weens
With 3 dogs it was important for us to be covered! SPOT has been so helpful and easy to use. Their response time is so fast, the app is simple to navigate and easy to file claims. We are thankful to have chosen SPOT especially for our oldest guy who has been diagnosed with arthritis.

It was an easy process to submit my…
It was an easy process to submit my invoices. It took a few days for them to process my payment but it was dorect deposited into my account. My account showed an EOB so I could see what wasn't covered. Good experience all around.

Diabetic prescription food not covered
Took forever to review my claims. Kept sending the same message needed info ..I provided everything I had. My cat got diabetes, they don't cover prescription food as they said they did. And they never looked into anything, reviewed anything, or contacted me in any way, so the response is meaningless.
