Super Easy and Beneficial
Found out my dog had two broken teeth, one of which had been abscessed. With the emergency vet appointment and the surgery, the total came to nearly $2000. The process for filing and getting the refund was super easy and took a lot of weight off my shoulders.

I had some issues at the beginning of…
I had some issues at the beginning of my claim as medical records were twice sent by my vet but never received. And on a conference call with Michael and my vets office he confirmed he had received their email with records but then I received another email from you stating you still needed records. It finally got resolved but was a frustrating experience. But once they received the records my claim was processed very quickly. I’m happy with Spot

All of the representatives that I communicated with on the phone were helpful in explaining exactly what I needed to do, and what documentation I needed to provide to them to make filing a claim as easy as possible.

High premiums
Your customer service is very good. And you are responsive to submitted clams. I would give a better rating but you are very expensive.
