Great Pet Insurance Experience
Very easy to submit claims and paperwork online. I got reimbursed in a timely manner without me having to follow up. I highly appreciate having Spot insurance for my cat, Luna. Reimbursement took about 1 or 2 business days from when the claim was finalized. The option to get it directly depositied into my account is great!

Pleasantly Surprised
Spot has made it very easy for me to take care of my dog and not have to worry about paying full price for just basic visits. I’ve been pleasantly surprised with what they cover.

Claim was queued for 2 weeks before processed, no email notification on status changes/updates, otherwise would’ve given 5 star

Easiest pet claims!
Spot made it easy to file a claim! Process was easy, they reviewed my claim quickly and I got my reimbursement quickly via direct deposit!
