Excellent service
We've been with SPOT for our 2 dogs a few years and never filed a claim. When my one dog tore his knee and had to have surgery we filed our first claim. The whole process was easy and smooth and we received our reimbursement within 2 weeks of filing.

I submitted a follow up claim for an…
I submitted a follow up claim for an illness that was already in your system and now I'm being asked for 6 months records from the vet. That seems counter intuitive to me. I am going to send the papers when I get around to it this weekend

I had never filed a claim
I had never filed a claim. My yorkie was very ill and needed testing, meds, ultrasound and ivs. I submitted my claim for the entire costs. Spot processed my claim quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the company.
