Reasonable pricing for three cats. Was able to decide the deductibles amount and amount coverage up to so each cat is custom to fit affordability. Did have to final a claim on one of my cats that found possible cancer. Spot paid out the claim over my deductible in very quickly. Filling out the claim was easy.

I have never had a problem with reimbursement and their website is easy to work around.

Easy to talk to person .They are always very helpful. I like you email. It very easy to communicate.

About 1 month ago my little morkie had an accident. She had to different vets one was an emergency visit. I did have to pay up front. Once spot rec info they needed I was pd within 2 weeks. I choose a 70% coverage and after my ded they pd completely. Did have my vet fax all info needed to them. I did think about dropping ins but iam so glad I didn't

I was happy with the service and glad I had Spot Insurance to help cover my Frenchie, Brody, for the surgery he had. I didn’t understand the process but they helped me understand what I needed from the vet to get reimbursed.
